Fabulous, clean place with really kind staff with excellent services and friendly staff. Great and fantastic location in Sao Paulo very close to great restaurantes and main shopping centers, really nice restaurants and...  

The location was magnificent and amazing as it was close to restaurants and bars. The restaurant was good for eat a dinner, we ordered basic dishes.

Didn't like the area, it was unattractive.

The room was well-appointed and well cleaned with iron/ironing board, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. I loved both wake-up service and the comfortable bed. the location was perfect for me, very close...  

The breakfast had a great selection of decent options and was sensational; the double room had an electric kettle, air conditioner, and an individual safe, facilities worked for us. Rewritten: the breakfast here offers a wide variety and is amazing,...  

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Sao Paulo. The room was spacious and carpeted, it had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe.

This is a modern, international hotel with english-speaking staff. Our room was spacious although the toilet/shower area was quite small. Breakfast was very good with superb fresh fruit and a mix of cold and hot meats etc. Staff were invariably helpful.

We found that there wasn't enough storage space in the room. We were, however, in the hotel for 7 nights so we came with quite a lot to store.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to restaurants, bars, tourist sights, and a supermarket.

Modern hotel, in upmarket, safe, area of S.P. Twenty-plus floors with good gym and pool on the roof. Good facilities in room and balcony (only up to tenth floor). Powerful shower, comfy bed, good breakfast with short-order cook on eggs, waffles and pancakes. Plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance.

This could just be me, but I got more mossie bits in one night at the hotel than in the 10 previous days all round Sao Paulo and Rio states...despite my "jungle strength" spray! Beware!

I had a great time during my holiday stay here, the venue is close to various restaurants, bars, and shopping areas.

The room was bright, with a great view of the city, and had a soft carpet; the staff was friendly and diverse, and the location was fantastic, near bars and restaurants.

friendly and competent service, location nice facilities: gym, sauna, tennis.

Kindness of the staff, availability to accomodate my request of late check out. 24h security / guest service around the hotel, free in-room locker. A very good business and leisure hotel.

High rates for using computers and internet in the business center (but same charges are also at Radisson)
